Your continued use following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Use License and Restrictions
CarbonWrapUSA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: (a) modify, reproduce, or copy materials; (b) use our services for commercial purposes without authorization; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble software; (e) remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; (f) use automated systems to extract data; (g) transmit harmful content or malware; (h) engage in any activity that disrupts our services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of CarbonWrapUSA or its licensors. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. Your use of trademarks, logos, or product names is prohibited without express permission. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant CarbonWrapUSA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.
4. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, CarbonWrapUSA does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other information is accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and refuse orders containing pricing mistakes. All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly stated.
5. Order and Payment Terms
By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that all information provided is accurate and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. All payments must be received before shipment unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods specified at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant processors. You authorize us to charge the amount specified in your order, including applicable taxes and fees.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. CarbonWrapUSA is not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for valuable orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes on international shipments. Orders must be delivered to a valid address within our service areas.
7. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery if unused and in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of receiving returned items. Opened or used materials are not refundable. Customized or special-order items are non-refundable. Digital products and downloads cannot be returned once accessed. For defective products, we will provide replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8. Product Warranty and Disclaimers
CarbonWrapUSA carbon fiber vinyl products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers adhesive failure and manufacturing defects but does not cover improper installation, environmental damage, UV fading from excessive exposure, accidents, misuse, or modifications. All materials are provided "AS IS" without other warranties. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarbonWrapUSA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products, or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service in question. This limitation applies to all claims including negligence, breach of contract, and product liability.
10. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or inhibits our services. Prohibited activities include: (a) harassment or threatening communication; (b) transmitting spam or unsolicited messages; (c) spreading viruses or malware; (d) accessing without authorization; (e) engaging in fraud or misrepresentation; (f) violating laws or regulations; (g) infringing on third-party rights; (h) impersonating others; (i) using our services for illegal purposes. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services for convenience. CarbonWrapUSA does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, content, products, services, or practices. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, accuracy, or legality of third-party content. 12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CarbonWrapUSA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or any unlawful activity. This obligation applies regardless of the form of the claim or damages sought.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington, DC. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections based on forum non conveniens or any other grounds.
14. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CarbonWrapUSA regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. We will not waive any provision or consent to any exception unless in writing and signed by authorized representatives. Your failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
